Corporate Social Responsibility
Sapphire endorses the definition of Corporate Social Responsibility as proposed by the World Bank:
"Corporate Social Responsibility is the commitment of business to contribute to sustainable economic development – working with employees, their families, the local community and society at large to improve the quality of life, in ways that are both good for business and good for development."
Sapphire’s Approach to Corporate Social Responsibility
Attaining Customer Satisfaction — Because Sapphire develops and provides dependable products and services that benefit our customers, we are able to gain their confidence and satisfaction. Products and services are tailored to meet customer’s requirements and aspirations so as to add to this. Sapphire equals or exceeds relevant industry standards for safety, quality, and reliability.

Protecting Human Rights — Sapphire’s corporate activities require respect for human rights. The company does not tolerate any discriminatory practices nor does it use child or forced labor.
