Connection to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Microsoft Office integration is used to create a connection to SAP Business One from Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel. Both Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel documents can be saved as SAP Business One activities and associated with a business partner or contact person .

Data Synchronization
Coordinate calendar appointments, contacts, and tasks in both SAP Business One and Microsoft Outlook. Automatic synchronization runs can be scheduled so as to avoid conflicts that can occur because both applications are being used. SAP Business One information snapshots can be created; these can be linked to Microsoft Outlook contacts.
Quotations
SAP Business One quotations can be exported to Microsoft Outlook. They can then be displayed, edited and sent as e-mails. Equally, new quotations can be created in Microsoft Outlook and saved in SAP Business One.
