Corporate Allocations

SunSystems makes it possible for organizations to collect and apportion complicated ledger and asset data automatically.  It can also charge costs to a variety of categories including different ledgers, cost centers, projects, and products.   Existing ledger transactions can be manipulated in order to create new transactions through the use of the robust Corporate Allocations tool.

Because SunSystems Collect is able to assess debtor days and cash flow, it takes it a short time to be able to monitor debtors closely and track collections.

SunSystems Budgeting & Forecasting

SunSystems Budgeting & Forecasting offers a unified financial approach that consists of profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow.  Because of this, as revenue or cost information is entered in the profit & loss area of the model, it is automatically sent to the balance sheet and cash flow area as dictated by the embedded structures and business rules. Equally, capital plans produced in the balance sheet automatically revise the model’s profit and loss and cash flow features.  Users can amend and augment delivered structures and business rules so that they conform to organizational requirements and business rules. 

SunSystems Budgeting & Forecasting is unusual in that it contains closed-loop integration with SunSystems financial management applications. As a result, the movement of data and structure information between Budgeting & Forecasting and Financials, can be controlled by finance teams.  Integration can be put in place and kept up by finance staff; little assistance is needed from IT.
